TPA / CUSTOMS

TPA (Trafico de Perfeccionamiento activo) is a special tax exemption for non EU flagged vessels undergoing repair, refit and maintenance in Spain. Yachts that are eligible, do not have to pay IVA/VAT @ 21%, on all invoices issued in relation to works, yard fees and moorings. As authorised TPA agents, Shore Marine can act for any eligible vessels wishing to use this service and avail themselves of the large savings from entering under this scheme.

Shore Marine provide a full range of Customs & Immigration services for vessels visiting The Balearics. Clearing in and out of Spanish waters, Non EU crew clearance (if crew are embarking or disembarking the vessel whilst it is within Europe)
